Do you charge for diagnostics?

Diagnostics may have a small fee depending on the device. In many cases, the fee is waived if you approve the repair.

How long do repairs take?

Turnaround time depends on the issue and parts availability. We provide a clear estimate before starting any work.

Do you offer warranties?

Labor warranties may apply to certain repairs. Damage caused by liquid, impact, or tampering is typically excluded.

Can you build PCs with customer-supplied parts?

Yes. We can assemble and optimize systems using your parts or help you select components that fit your goals and budget.

Do you create business websites?

Absolutely. We build modern, responsive websites and internal tools for businesses of all sizes.

How do you price a custom PC build?

Labor is billed at $80/hr plus parts. You will always receive an estimate before we start.

Can you source components or use parts I already bought?

Both work. We can procure vetted parts for you or assemble and tune with your components.

Do you offer data recovery?

Yes. We handle initial diagnostics in-house and partner with specialized labs for complex cases.

Is on-site service available?

Builds and repairs are completed in our shop; enterprise or urgent on-site visits can be arranged with travel fees.
