Acceptance of terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the service request.

Services

We provide web/app development, design, e-commerce integrations, and repair/maintenance services. Scope and deliverables are defined in your quote or project agreement.

Quotes and approval

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Additional issues discovered during service may affect pricing. No work beyond diagnostics will be performed without approval.

Payment & fees

Fees follow the accepted quote. Payments may be processed via Stripe or WooCommerce. Late balances may incur a 5% fee. Deposits or milestone payments can apply to digital projects.

Intellectual property

We retain rights to pre-existing IP and tools. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the deliverables outlined in your agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private during the engagement and for three years after it ends.

Warranty and liability

Services are provided “as is.” Labor warranties may apply where stated. Damage from liquid, impact, misuse, or prior tampering is excluded. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable service.

Data and devices

Customers are responsible for backing up data before service. While care is taken, data loss is always a possibility during repair or modification.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyber Solutions LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or breach of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Mississippi law. Disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation and, if needed, arbitration under applicable rules.

Changes and contact

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Questions? Reach out before requesting service.
